Core and More CANCELLED
A core workout and full body stretch class that involves muscular conditioning, balance and stretching to improve posture, flexibility and muscular balance.
A water bottle and sweat towel is recommended.
For safety and to avoid class disruption arrive on time for all classes.
All classes are pre-registered.
Patrons 16 years + are welcome to participate in classes. Youth 13 - 15 years are welcome to participate with a Guardian.
