Cardio and Ball
A combination of hi/lo impact, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility using the ball. Please bring your own resistance band, mat and water bottle.
For safety and to avoid class disruption arrive on time for all classes.
Late entry permitted only within 10 minutes of start time.
All classes are pre-registered.
Refrain from wearing perfumes/body lotions to classes; use of deodorants is suggested instead.
Vaccination Proof and Valid Government issued ID is required for adult programming.
