OUTDOOR: Bodyweight Boot camp
Athletic drills incorporating both cardio and strength components using Body weight only. Please bring a mat and water bottle. This class is outdoors, please dress for the weather.
Please bring your own water bottle, sweat towel, and mat. Some equipment may be provided.
For safety and to avoid class disruption arrive on time for all classes. Proper athletic footwear is mandatory. Schedules are subject to change.
Refrain from wearing perfumes/body lotions to classes; use of deodorants is suggested instead.

Patrons 16 years + are welcome to participate in classes. Youth 13 - 15 years are welcome to participate with a Guardian.
