Everyone is welcome in this relaxed and mindful class-get stronger, feel better and smile! Practice various slow-moving and mindful healing exercises that increase balance, agility and strength. Participants also explore visualization, breathing techniques and meditation to promote a total sense of well-being. No previous Tai Chi experience is necessary.
