Total Body Training
A high energy total body conditioning class led by a Personal Trainer. Plenty of variety with many options. Workouts may include using the bosu,TRX, medicine balls and balance boards. Includes cardio intervals, strength training, core work and stretching.
Please bring your own water bottle, sweat towel, resistance band, and mat. Some equipment may be provided.
For safety and to avoid class disruption arrive on time for all classes. Proper athletic footwear is mandatory. Schedules are subject to change. Refrain from wearing perfumes/body lotions to classes; use of deodorants is suggested instead. Please bring your own water bottle, sweat towel and mat. Patrons 16 years + are welcome to participate in classes. Youth 13 - 15 years are welcome to participate with a Guardian.
