Power Flow Yoga

Based on Ashtanga Yoga, this energetic class combines classical yoga poses into a fluid sequence. Postures encourage alignment, flexibility, strength and endurance. This class is geared towards anyone who has a foundation in yoga and is looking for a faster-paced class. Modifications and options are provided.

Please bring your own water bottle and yoga mat. Masks are Mandatory indoors and may be removed while actively exercising. Equipment can be provided.

For safety and to avoid class disruption arrive on time for all classes. Admittance will not be permitted 5 minutes after class start time. Refrain from wearing perfumes/body lotions to classes; use of deodorants is suggested instead.   Come fully prepared: bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and warm layer for Savasana. Consider bringing a blanket or towel for extra cushioning under your mat. Leave the outside world outside during class; cell phones should be turned off. Participants 16 years + are welcome to participate in Yoga classes.   Participants 13-15 years are welcome to participate with a Guardian.
