High Intensity Interval Training - high energy cardio and strength intervals. Tabata (specific timing) may be included.

For safety and to avoid class disruption arrive on time for all classes.
Late entry permitted only within 10 minutes of start time.
All classes are pre-registered.
Refrain from wearing perfumes/body lotions to classes; use of deodorants is suggested instead.
Masks are required indoors and may be removed while actively exercising. Vaccination Proof and Valid Government issued ID is required for adult programming.
