A 40 min cardio workout on the bike followed by 15 minutes of core strengthening and 5 minutes of stretching for fabulous abdominals.

Please bring your water bottle, sweat towel and mat. 

Refrain from wearing perfumes/body lotions to classes; use of deodorants is suggested instead. Bring a water bottle and sweat towel—padded cycling shorts are recommended. Patrons 16yrs+ are welcome to participate in CycleFIT classes. Youth aged 13-15yrs are welcome to participate with a guardian.
