A moderately-paced flow class to help you feel centered, focused, and restored. Postures encourage alignment, flexibility and gentle movement. Suitable for people looking for a well-rounded flow class. Modifications and options are provided.

No equipment is provided. Please bring your own water bottle and yoga mat

Please meet the instructor at the South Atrium door 5 minutes prior to the start of your class. The instructor will check you in and escort the group to the Ocean room to begin the class. We are not able to accommodate late arrivals at this time.

 

For safety and to avoid class disruption arrive on time for all classes. Admittance will not be permitted 5 minutes after class start time. Yoga classes are 75 minutes long.  Refrain from wearing perfumes/body lotions to classes; use of deodorants is suggested instead.   Come fully prepared: bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and warm layer for Savasana. Consider bringing a blanket or towel for extra cushioning under your mat. Leave the outside world outside during class; cell phones should be turned off. Participants 16 years + are welcome to participate in Yoga classes.   Participants 13-15 years are welcome to participate with a Guardian.
