Please check the leisure guide website to see the list of registered fitness classes and yoga classes and follow the link to register.  Pre-registration is required for all classes.  No drop ins.  

Please bring your own water bottle, sweat towel, resistance band, and mat.  

For safety and to avoid class disruption arrive on time for all classes.  Proper athletic footwear is mandatory. Schedules are subject to change.  Refrain from wearing perfumes/body lotions to classes; use of deodorants is suggested instead.
