Exercise with your baby while connecting with new moms in your community. This total body training class will include cardio and strength training with a focus on strengthening your core. Meet rain or shine at the concession stand at Ambleside beach with your baby, stroller, runners, water bottle and yoga mat. Women should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesareans). All fitness levels are welcome. Dress for the weather. Jogging stroller not required.
