Enjoy a challenging and motivating workout in a small-group environment! Build strength in this 75-minute class that combines cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength training and stretching for a total body workout.

Please bring your water bottle, sweat towel and mat. 

Refrain from wearing perfumes/body lotions to classes; use of deodorants is suggested instead. Bring a water bottle and sweat towel—padded cycling shorts are recommended. Patrons 16yrs+ are welcome to participate in CycleFIT classes. Youth aged 13-15yrs are welcome to participate with a guardian.
