Targeted muscular conditioning in a fun, new format using barbells and weight plates to strengthen and tone and increase metabolic rate.

Please bring your own water bottle, sweat towel and mat.  Please also bring a resistance band and weights if you have them and want to use your own equipment. 

For safety and to avoid class disruption arrive on time for all classes.  Proper athletic footwear is mandatory. Schedules are subject to change.  Refrain from wearing perfumes/body lotions to classes; use of deodorants is suggested instead.   Patrons 16 years + are welcome to participate in classes.   Youth 13 - 15 years are welcome to participate with a Guardian. 

Please park in the North lots if you are driving to the Community Centre for your class.
