TOTAL BODY TRAINING: OUTDOOR

Breath in the fresh air with this high-energy, total body conditioning class led by a certified personal trainer. Enjoy variety in each workout using the your own bodyweight, TRX®, medicine balls, weights and balance boards along with other small equipment suitable for training in the great outdoors. Be prepared for cardio intervals, strength training, core development and stretching. **This is an outdoor program: Please come prepared for all weather. Meet out behind the facility. Register for the full course or drop-in for $14.50. Instructor subject to change.
