AEROBIC STRENGTH TRAINING (AST)

Get it all done with this fun and motivating class in an uncompetitive environment. AST is a unique small group circuit-style class that targets both muscular strength AND cardiovascular endurance. You and your classmates will alternate short, but challenging shifts on the cardio machines with small group training sessions led by your very own certified personal trainer to make the most of your hour! Register for the full course or drop-in for $14.50.
