This class is an introduction to Yang Style Tai Chi  using mindfulness to move the body through a series of relaxed, natural movements.  These movements have been refined over the centuries to promote strength and wellness.  Experience and enjoy this fun introduction to the first section of the 37 Tai Chi forms as well as Chi Kung healing exercises.   It is gentle on your joints, works on your core, and helps with balance.
