Everyone is welcome in this relaxed and mindful class.  Get stronger, Feel better and Smile.  Practice various slow moving and mindful healing exercises that increase balance and agility and strength.  Visualization, breathing technique and meditation are also explored to promote a total sense of well-being.  No previous Tai Chi experience is necessary.
