Improve posture, balance and flexibility through a series of instructor-led, pregnancy-safe yoga poses. Prepare for labour by building stamina and learning to use your breath; benefit from relaxation exercises that will help you now and as a new mother. All trimesters welcome. No previous yoga experience necessary. Drop-in available. Participants must have a PARmed-X for Pregnancy form signed by a healthcare provider prior to participating inclass. Form available at
